This month's tech topic is primarily for middle school families. At BTMES we use Infinite Campus to track attendance, grades and student data. Infinite Campus has a parent portal that you can use to see a live view of your student's progress which is available for grades 5-8. You can see grades as they are scored, attendance records, and assignments that are missing and much more. Click to learn more about the app and how to use it!
The State of Vermont passed a new law in 2019 that requires all schools and child care providers to test their drinking water for lead. Under this new law, Barre Town Middle and Elementary School was one of the first schools in the state to complete testing.
Congratulations, Alison Grogan! Alison Grogan, a special educator at BTMES, recently became a National Board Certified Teacher.
