Release of Pupil Names
Standard
Lists of names of pupils will not be
released publicly except as might be required by law or policy.
Procedures
- No employee of the school system is empowered to release the lists
of names of pupils in school, class, grade, program or of graduates,
dropouts or transfers unless required by law or policy. In all cases,
the list must be approved by the Superintendent, prior to its release.
