Barre Town Supervisory District Policy Manual TITLE: Immunization of Students CODE: JLCB Student Immunization No child will enter the Barre Town Elementary School as a full-time pupil unless the school nurse has been presented by the parent or guardian with documentation that the child has received immunization appropriate to the child's age as specified by the Vermont Department of Health. Exemptions will be permitted for religious beliefs or medical reasons. All cases for exemptions must be presented in writing to the Principal for action prior to the youngster entering school.
