Reporting Student Progress

It is the intention of the Board of School Directors that pupils and parents or guardians be kept systematically informed of pupil progress in classroom participation. Reports of pupil progress will be made at four regular intervals.

The "Student Progress Report" will be issued four times per year. These reports will include level of achievement, personal and social traits and attendance records. Parent conferences will be scheduled by the teacher at least one time per year for the purpose of discussing pupil progress.

Parents are entitled to obtain complete and detailed records of their child’s standardized tests and assessments.
