Barre Town Supervisory District Policy Manual TITLE: School Day CODE: ID The actual opening and closing times of the school day are established by the Principal in July of each year, consistent with the program of education, available school building facilities, the establishment of transportation routes, the necessity of providing lunch services, and the master contracts. The Superintendent will review this information and inform the Board of School Directors and cause the information to be publicized. Any changes from previously established schedules will be approved by the School Board upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools.
