Barre Town Supervisory District Policy Manual TITLE: Employee Negotiating Organizations CODE: HHE Negotiations The Board of School Directors recognizes the Barre Town Education Association, the Barre Town Para-Educator Association and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (Local #1369) as the exclusive negotiating representatives for employees within their job classifications and employed by the Barre Town School District. The Board of School Directors also
recognizes the rights of staff members not covered by master agreements to
discuss salary, fringe benefits and other work-related issues with the
Superintendent of Schools. |
