BARRE TOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES

The Barre Town School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any candidate applying for the various positions which become vacant at various times throughout the school year. The School Board will employ the most qualified individual for the specific job opening without regard for sex, marital status, color, race, creed, disabilities, religion, sexual orientation or national origin.

Working Conditions

Employees will not be discriminated against on the basis of sex, marital status, color, race, creed, disabilities, religion, sexual orientation or national origin when being considered for wages, work schedules, vacations and/or any other benefits shared by their work groups.

Employees will receive remuneration for jobs performed and no variation in salary or fringe benefits will be implemented on the grounds of sex, marital status, color, race, creed, disabilities, religion, sexual orientation or national origin. This practice will be implemented and enforced as specified in these documents:
