TITLE: Budget Planning    CODE: DBC

Procedures

1. The Superintendent will be responsible for implementing the plan to collect all data needed for the preparation of the budget. All personnel requested to provide information will comply per instructions.

2. The Board will deliberate on the budget at regular or special meetings called for that purpose. These meetings will be conducted in open session except when matters are valid for executive session in accordance with Executive Sessions/Open Meetings Policy (BEC).

3. The Board will adopt the budget in any official meeting and bring to vote in accordance with the charter of the Town of Barre School District (DBG)
